Amazing Brownie
all purpose flour 2 c
coco powder 1 c
sugar 1 1/2 c
oil 1 c
milk 1 c
eggs 2
baking powder 1 t.sp
baking soda 1 t.sp
walnuts 1/2 c (optional)
vanilla essence few drops
1. sieve flour, coco powder, baking powder & baking soda 3 times.
2. beat eggs, oil, sugar,milk & vanilla essence well.
3. now mix both the mixtures well & add walnuts .
4. take a greased pan & add the mixture.
5. bake it in a pre-heated oven at 150-180 degrees for 30 to 4o min.
6. when cool down pour & spread the chocolate sauce.

Shanwari Karahai
Ingredients
onion 1 m (chopped)
Chicken (cut into 16 pieces) 1 kg
Green chilies 8 (cubes)
Tomatoes slice ½ kg(chopped)
Oil 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Crushed rosted cumin 1 ½ tsp heaped
red chilli flakes 1 td.sp heaped(kutti laal march)
Method
Heat ¾ cup oil, onion n fry it will tender then
add 1 kg chicken and fry for 10 minutes.
Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and ½ kg chopped tomatoes, cover and cook for 10 minutes, then add 1 ½ tsp salt, 8 green chilies, 1 ½ tsp roasted crushed cumin,red chilli flakes 1 td.sp heaped(kutti laal march)
, and ½ tsp black pepper. Cook over high flame till chicken is tender and oil comes on top.
serve it with roti or naan
Baked whole fish
fish of ur choice 1 m (whole)
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger & garlic
1 teaspoons salt, or to taste
In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, 2 teaspoons cumin, cinnamon, cayenne, black pepper, ginger garlic , and salt and stir.
now put this mixture to the fish, cover for 2 -3 hour.
now put some oil n put it in the oven for 30 – 45 min
serve hot
Zarda (yellow sweet rice)
for 4 servings
rice 1 c (raw)
clove 4 (loong)
yellow food color 1/2 t.sp
ghee 2 tb.sp
elaichi 4m
sugar 3/4 c
boil rice with food color & cloves.
when tender drain them.
now in a pan heat ghee & elaichi.
now add boil rice & sugar & mix well
now on a very low flame give it rest for 5 min with lid on.
garnish it with dry fruits.
serve hot & cool.

minsed meat (Chicken,fish & beef) 1/2 kg 0r 2 c
salt 1 t.sp
Chinese salt 1 t.sp
black pepper 1 t.sp
red chilli powder 1 t.sp
soya sauce 1 tb.sp
green chilies 2- 3m
egg 1 -2 m
coriander 1/2 bunch
toast 2-3 m
onion 1m(chopped)
sauces : tomato & mayonnaise
marination : 30 min
mix & chopped all the ingredients together with meat accept toast & aggs.
when finely mix add toast(soaked in water & squeezed) & egg , mix it well.
now make patty & shallow fry it.
now use it for the filling bor burgers & sandwiches
